Today, 03/05/2021, U.S. Congressional Representative Mr. Eric Swalwell spanked the former President Donald J. Trump and a few others with a lawsuit to pay for damages to the capital on January 6, 2021, the day 800 people broke windows and into doors seeking U.S. Congressional Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Vice President Mike Pence, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and many others in an attempt to stop the validation of Joe Biden as the newly elected President and Kamala Harris as the newly elected Vice President of the United States of America from the November 2020 election.

This is the thing Donald Trump's niece Mary L. Trump seem to, dare I say, incite, that Trump need a good old fashioned spanking. Maybe just someone to say, hey man that is wrong, you can not do hurtful, unlawful things and get away with it. The lawsuit and the book title are like a mouth drop, aaah! "Too Much and Never Enough: How My Family Created the World's Most Dangerous Man is a tell-all book written by Mary L. Trump, a niece of Donald Trump. It was published on July 14, 2020, by Simon & Schuster." (book title and book cover from Wikipedia)

Representative Swalwell is seeking to assign direct blame of the inciting of the emotions of a group of people that marched up on the capital causing damage, trespassing into private offices, terrorizing the staff and elected officials, as seen on the news coverage of the event. Several politicians and media spoke out about feeling afraid of the people storming the capital. Swalwell's complaint says, "1.The peaceful transfer of power is a sacrament of American democracy. Donald Trump, his son DonaldTrump Jr., his advisor Rudy Giuliani, and CongressmanMo Brooks, together with many others, defiled that sacrament through a campaign of lies and incendiary rhetoric which led to the sacking of the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021."

Line 2 continues with Swalwell advocating for the United States of America and its citizens indicating that Donald Trump refused to accept the loss of the election and as a result, in short picked up the microphone and ranted like a child throughs a tantrum when a parent objects to bad behavior. In this case the voters are the parents, saying, enough. Go sit down and be quiet. The complaint continues for 65 pages of complaints against Donald Trump and others.

What was seen on television was not the editing skills of the Great American media. It was the real in your face truth of what was occurring in real time. For a person with no fear, it was still a horrible feeling watching this knowing that you could not help the people on the ground and praying that someone would help. Hoping that Donald Trump, the President on 01/06/2021, as far as the world was concerned, would stop it. Ever heard a parent yell. 'STOP!' It was like the hearts of Americans were yelling 'STOP!' The world got the unfortunate opportunity to watch people intimidated, beaten and killed on live television. Representative Eric Swalwell is a representing America, its citizens and the sacrament of its democracy in this lawsuit. Representative Eric Swalwell is actually doing his job by defending the government of the United States of America by saying 'STOP!'
