Peach Strawberry Pineapple Mango Lemonade

Kitchen Scratch is in the kitchen again figuring out and discovering good tasting things to drink and eat.


Issue: My lemons were old and rotten. I normally use about three or four lemons. But two were bad.


Solution: find other fruit. Kitchen Scratch uses what’s in the kitchen or pantry.

I grabbed a bag of frozen fruit cause I had grapefruit juice last week.

Mix: in a blender

1 cup of sugar

8 ounces of fruit

2 lemons peeled

2 cups water

Mix hot water and sugar first to melt the sugar creating a syrup. Then add the peeled lemons and fruit.

Blend till smooth. It should be thick. Add more cold water and blend. Pour contents into a one gallon jug. If no gallon jug then divide thick mixture into three 24 ounce empty spaghetti jars. Then add water a couple inches from top and shake until blended.

4-8 ounces per serving is good.


While I love sweet drinks I actually drink the same amount or double the amount in water as I do in sweet drinks because too much sugar over works your body. A good reason to exercise, dance or play a sport as you are able. Enjoy and have a great day.
